We just released a new episode called “Fight the Fight". A smart play when someone starts a “war” at the net can be a reset (block the ball low and defuse their power) BUT you don’t want to always be predictable especially if you are a good “banger”. Why not respond to their attack with one of your own and see who wins? If you have options, why not use them to be to be unpredictable and therefore effective net player? As with any shot, drill and practice are essential for success.
